Furniture and retail display installation

A commercial project is not finished when the inspector leaves if the customer still has nowhere to stand, sit, or see the product. RPD carries the work through furniture and retail display installation. RaPiDly, and level.

An empty cream boutique with a large wooden display table, a yellow level on top, and brass clothing racks.
The plinth is heavy. The level is theatrical. Both are doing honest work.
An empty bright lobby with a cognac leather sofa, brass tables, and a throw pillow set on the cushion.
Lobby furniture, installed. The pillow received a full structural review.

Retail displays

Wall systems, tables, gondolas, millwork, cash wraps, and the little pieces that make a store look inevitable. We coordinate delivery, protection of fresh finishes, and the order of install so a fixture is not waiting in a corridor that is still a means of egress.

Furniture

Lobbies, offices, restaurants, and anywhere a commercial space has to hold a person who is not holding a clipboard. Placement, anchoring where the drawings say so, and punch that includes the scuff we made and the scuff we inherited.

Why this lives with the permit, not after it

Displays have power, blocking, and sometimes a date with code compliance. If the fixture plan never met the life-safety plan, opening week becomes a furniture maze in front of an exit. Folding installation into the turn-key scope — next to pre-construction and permitting — is how the rendering survives contact with the building.

From Pre Construction Services to furniture and retail display installation, RPD handles it all. The humorous part is optional. The level is not.

Installation, asked plainly

Does RPD install retail displays and furniture?

Yes. Turn-key here runs through furniture and retail display installation — fixtures, millwork set in place, lobby and sales-floor furniture — not only the shell that passed inspection.

Why should the builder install the fixtures?

Because the opening date, the final inspection, and the fixture delivery are the same week whether or not anyone put them on one schedule. One company means the display does not land on an unfinished floor or in front of a door the inspector still needs.

Can you join a project that is already permitted?

Often. If the shell is underway and the displays are still a rendering, we can still sequence installation, protection, and punch. Earlier is kinder. Later is still better than opening morning.

The opening date includes the furniture.

If the fixtures are still a rendering, that is a scope item, not a personality trait.
