From the zoning counter to the last throw pillow.
RPD is a Turn-Key Building Company. From Pre Construction Services to furniture and retail display installation we handle it all, RaPiDly.
Building or renovating commercial space comes with a familiar set of headaches: zoning, planning commission, permitting, engineering, the building you have not opened up yet, and the code that will. RPD handles them turn-key — then installs the furniture and the retail displays, RaPiDly.

How a commercial project actually moves
Not a funnel. A sequence. Skip a step and it usually returns later, with interest, wearing a reviewer comment.

Questions we hear before the demo
The full FAQWhat does turn-key mean at RPD?
One company from pre-construction through the day the space is actually usable. Zoning, planning commission, permitting, engineering, site evaluation, code compliance, construction, and furniture and retail display installation stay in the same conversation instead of being forwarded around town.
Is RPD only for ground-up commercial buildings?
No. Renovations, occupancy changes, retail rollouts, and landlord work are the daily headache. Ground-up is welcome. “We are just refreshing the finishes” is welcome too, after we check whether the code agrees.
Who are the commercial projects for?
Retailers, restaurants, landlords, office tenants, clinics, and owner-operators who would like the paperwork and the building handled by people who have met both. If your last meeting ended with “that’s a planning issue,” you are in the right waiting room.
How do we start a project?
Project inquiries go to rpdcm.com. Bring the address, the use you want, and whatever drawings or lease pages you already have. A tour brochure is not a program, but it is a start.
Bring the headache. Keep the opening date.
Zoning through furniture, one turn-key company. Project inquiries live at rpdcm.com.
